For ticketed events, all patrons are required to have a ticket regardless of age. Patrons are urged to use their best judgment when bringing children to a concert that is intended for adults. There are some performances that are more appropriate for children than others. Some presenters do not allow children under the age of 6 years to non-family concerts. As always, if any person makes a disruption during a concert, it is appropriate that they step outside to accommodate the comfort and convenience of their fellow concert attendees. Contact the Ticket Office at 301.581.5100 for additional information.
Given the variety of events that take place at Strathmore, there is no standard dress that is necessary. All patrons must wear shirts and shoes.

Strathmore charges a Campus Services Fee per ticket to help defray the costs of continuing to provide exceptional Patron Access and Support at Strathmore (PASS), to maintain and upgrade amenities such as egress assistance in Metro garage and golf cart service, and to help sustain our public facility.
As a non-profit organization, Strathmore is committed to keeping ticket prices as affordable as possible, but the costs of maintaining campus services are more than can be covered by ticket prices alone. You can avoid paying the Campus Services Fee and save 10% on all your ticket purchases throughout the year by becoming a Strathmore Star. Groups of 15 or more and any patron who purchases their tickets in advance at the Ticket Office are also exempt from the fee as a courtesy.
View a seating chart of the Music Center at Strathmore. All seating for performances in the Mansion at Strathmore are general admission.

If you order your tickets in the two weeks before the performance, they will be held at the Will Call window of the Ticket Office for pick-up the evening of the performance.
Strathmore is going green! We're trying to reduce our environmental impact by printing programs only when needed. We're working hard to provide rich, educational, valuable concert information to our patrons before our performances in the form of online content. Checking out online content before your arrival ensures a more connected experience with less distractions! Programs will still be supplied at certain performances where appropriate, but we are working to reduce our numbers whenever we can – and we encourage you to join in the efforts by sharing programs or reading them online before you come.
Shows are rarely cancelled in the event of inclement weather. If the Music Center at Strathmore cancels a performance, ticket refunds will be available. Please check the announcements section of the home page and our Facebook page for the latest regarding show cancellations or delays.
Discounted tickets and special offers may be available for select shows for students and military personnel. Please call the Ticket Office at 301.581.5100 to inquire about any current discounts. We also advertise these special discounts through local college and university music programs and military bases and military service organizations.
Events are added to the calendar as soon as they are officially scheduled and available for public sale. If an event is not listed here, even if it appears on another website, it may not be confirmed yet, it may not be announced yet for public sale, it may be a private event, or the event is not on sale through our Ticket Office. If you have a question about an event that is listed here, please contact email@example.com.
