All patrons, regardless of age, must present a ticket for entry into ticketed events at Strathmore venues.

Our long-held, generous ticket exchange policy for Strathmore Presents performances means you never have to worry when buying tickets to a future show.

If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket refunds will always be available.
If for any other reason you cannot attend a Strathmore Presents event you hold tickets to, you can request a credit or exchange for another Strathmore Presents event up to 48 hours before the performance (with additional time for Stars & Circles members).
No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be available after a show has passed.

How do I access my tickets?

For Music Center performances, you can access your tickets in your Strathmore Digital Wallet. You can access your digital wallet here and visit our digital ticket FAQ for more info.

For performances in the Mansion, education programs, and Live from the Lawn, you do not need to show a ticket when you arrive. Please bring an ID to check in for these performances.

You can always check on the status of your tickets by logging into your account.

If you are unable to use your tickets, we would be very grateful if you would consider changing your ticket purchase to a tax-deductible donation prior to the performance to support Strathmore. Donations can be made by email, mail, phone, or in person by 5pm the day of the performance. This applies to Strathmore-presented performances only.

Understanding that your plans can change, we allow patrons to exchange their tickets before a performance.

Ticket exchanges are only available for Strathmore Presents shows and are issued as account credit, valid through the end of the next season.

Please visit the websites of our resident partner organizations for information about their ticket exchange policies. Exchanges are not available for independently produced concerts and performances.

Please note that we do require a 48-hour notice for exchanges to allow us to manage our inventory and resell tickets where possible.

Strathmore Stars & Circles members enjoy extra exchange benefits for Strathmore Presents performances.

Members may, at no charge, exchange any ticket by the following times.

5pm Monday–Friday for performances the same evening
2pm Saturday for performances on Saturday or Sunday evening
5pm the previous business day (2pm on Saturdays) for matinee performances

Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has taken place. Exchanges will only be accepted and need to be completed before the deadlines noted above.

Strathmore does not sell tickets through any website other than www.strathmore.org and only guarantees tickets sold through our Ticket Office and on our official website. Strathmore maintains no relationships with third-party ticket vendors who resell tickets above face value. Strathmore has several measures in place to prevent third-party resale of tickets above face value. Patrons assume full risk of fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors.

The resale, attempted resale, or attempted purchase/purchase with the intent to resell, of Strathmore tickets for more than their face value are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of Strathmore’s name in print, online, and broadcast promotion relating to the sale of Strathmore tickets is strictly prohibited. Strathmore memberships are non-refundable, and presale benefits are for the exclusive use of members acting in good faith.

Strathmore reserves the absolute right and discretion to refuse, cancel, void, revoke or otherwise take preventive and/or punitive action regarding services, privileges, or tickets for those suspected of violating, or attempting to violate, this ticket resale policy. All ticket purchasers/attempted purchasers shall be bound by this policy as a contractual condition of their purchase.

If a performance is cancelled or postponed, a full refund of the ticket price will be available for at least 30 days after the original scheduled performance date.

As a nonprofit, Strathmore is dedicated to ensuring a broad selection of artistic experiences are available to our community. Along with donations and memberships, our service fee helps to sustain and expand excellent and accessible arts experiences, and arts education programs.

Strathmore charges a fifteen percent Service/Processing Fee per ticket for all in-person, online, and phone sales. This fee is calculated at a percent of the ticket price so that we can ensure that lower cost tickets remain as affordable as possible. We will continue to aim to keep our fees well below industry standards.

Patrons may avoid paying this fee on all ticket purchases for Strathmore Presents performances throughout the year by becoming a Strathmore Star at the 3 Star level or above. 2 Stars receive a fee reduction.

We encourage parents/guardians to use discretion when selecting performances to attend with younger audience members. We welcome young audiences and have listed our most family-friendly performances at strathmore.org/kids. To ensure all can enjoy the performance, children who become disruptive may be gently asked to step out of the performance space until they are ready to rejoin.

Community Access Tickets

We offer tickets under $30 for all Strathmore Presents programs in the Music Center. To keep these community access tickets out of the hands of resellers and ensure they remain available to the community, some tickets cannot be purchased directly.

If you are able to pay full price for your tickets, we thank you for doing so. Your purchase makes it possible for us to offer community access tickets to those who would not be able to participate without them.

Community Access tickets are available for Strathmore Presents shows only. Please fill out the form on the show page. Form will be removed when all Community Access tickets are claimed.

Note that community access tickets are intended for the community, not resale. Resale of Strathmore tickets for more than face value is strictly prohibited. Resellers will be investigated and are at risk of their account being closed.
