Music of the Americas

Strathmore Children’s Chorus presents classical and folk music representing more than 10 countries in the Americas and Caribbean performed in six different languages. The concert also includes a world premiere composition commissioned from renowned choral composer David Brunner.

Enjoy a program that ranges from the very first choral music printed in the New World to music representing Afro-Cuban culture to classically trained Heitor Villa-Lobos to chanting from Native American traditions. 

Everyone needs a ticket!
