For students entering grades 7–10, spots still remain for our Teen Art Camp!

Strathmore invites kids to experience our fun and enriching summer camps, where students explore art through a new lens and create their own masterpieces inspired by renowned artists from around the world.

This year, young artists will:

  • Create a sketchbook from handmade paper
  • Explore storybook authors and illustrators then design original adventure stories
  • Build a stacked, papier-mâché totem sculpture

On the last day of each camp, Friday from 2–3pm, Strathmore welcomes families to a student artwork showcase and reception.

Aftercare is available Monday–Thursday, from 3–5:30pm, for $29 per day ($116/all four days). Supervised activities will be provided, including books, puzzles, games, and time outdoors. Please call 301.581.5100 or email to add aftercare to your order.

Cancellation Policy
6 or more weeks ahead: full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
4-5 weeks ahead: 50% refund
2–3 weeks ahead: 25% refund
1 week or less ahead: no refund

Can I sign my child up for both weeks?
Both weeks of Kids Art Camp are identical, so most families choose to send their children just once. You are more than welcome to sign your child up for both weeks, but please know that they will be repeating the same art projects the second week.

Strathmore aims to make education experiences like Art Camp as financially accessible as possible, and we are able to offer a limited number of partial tuition scholarships. Please note that because our goal is to provide partial assistance to as many people as possible, we almost always provide partial scholarships rather than full.
