Arts Can't Be Contained
Strathmore has always been committed to community and the idea that the arts belong to everyone. With our new East County Initiative (ECI), we are connecting in new ways to new audiences. Our goal for Strathmore’s East County Initiative is to launch affordable and sustainable performing arts programs by identifying, strengthening, and building upon existing arts assets in the Eastern Montgomery County community. In partnership with schools, recreation programs, community centers, and local businesses, ECI will cultivate a new identity for the arts in Eastern Montgomery County through collaboration, innovation, creativity, and outreach.
