We're looking forward to seeing you at Strathmore this month for one of our many upcoming concerts. Have you made your pre-concert dinner plans yet? Did you know that pre-concert, reserved dining is now available for patrons of Strathmore Presents performances in the Comcast Lounge?

Dinner is a buffet service, with meat and vegetarian options in both entrée and salad course.  A carving station is standard, with chicken, fish and pasta also available.  Breads come to your table as does water and ice tea.  There is a coffee self-serve station and a bouquet of desserts.  Restaurant Associates also instituted a complimentary glass of house wine with your meal. 

The cost for this enhanced dining experience is $39.00, plus tax and gratuity.  This excellent value includes a guaranteed dinner reservation, the sumptuous meal, and the ambiance of the Comcast Lounge. Reservations can be made by calling Restaurant Associates at (301) 581-5253 and held with a credit card. 

Dinner service continues for the evening performances of Strathmore presentations.  Ticket patrons can begin to make reservations 3 days before a performance.

 Along with its normal fare of hot entrees, sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts, the cafe offers hot dinner options that are each served with the choice of two sides.  Entree options often include carved meat, seafood, and poultry selection.  Chef offers one additional seasonal special of an entrée and side item.  Menu items are subject to change.   

Prelude Café does not take reservations and seating is limited, so please plan to arrive early.

Recently named one of Washingtonian Magazine’s “13 Up and Coming Chef’s to Watch,” Executive Chef Nate Waugaman serves up modern American cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients brought in daily from a wide variety of local farms.
