Yes! Gift membership are a popular way to give the gift of experience that lasts all year long. Your purchase also supports Strathmore’s mission to present and produce exemplary visual and performing arts programs for diverse audiences while nurturing creative ideas that advance the future of the arts. 

Gift memberships are sold in the amount of any membership level you want to give. Memberships are active once the gift is processed by our membership team, and then valid a full year from the first of the following month.  

After you have reviewed the Stars membership levels above, click here to purchase and enter the recipient’s information. If you want to purchase a Circles membership or multiple gift memberships, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

Please note: a postal address of the recipient is required to set up a gift membership. Providing an email is highly encouraged as many member benefits are only communicated electronically. 

Because we issue physical membership cards, our default method is to mail a letter and cards to the recipient within 5 business days of purchasing. You also have the option to include a special note to the gift recipient along with the membership materials. If this is a timely request, please contact us and we can email the letter to you as a PDF in advance. 

Yes, it is! Strathmore is a nonprofit organization and relies on membership support and charitable donations to sustain and expand our visual and performing arts experiences, and arts education programs.  

One Star and Two Star memberships are fully tax-deductible. Three Stars and above are tax-deductible minus the fair market value of goods and services received. You can contact us if you need additional information for tax purposes.
