Loading
The Mansion has no loading dock.
If you are carrying equipment on wheels and need access to the elevator, please temporarily park in one of the accessible parking spots on the West side of the Mansion. There is a ramp that leads to the accessible door. Push the call button to gain access or call your point of contact for the performance.
You may also double park in front of the Mansion to gain entry from the main doors or park in the Mansion lot and walk to the front of the Mansion from there.
Parking is located between the mansion and music center buildings. There is an upper mansion lot located on the east side of the mansion as well as accessible parking spots located on the west side of the mansion.

Additional stage platforms are available for use. They are 6’-0” x 8’-0” and 1’-6” high with a dark rubber surface and have an access step unit which can be positioned as needed.
When fully assembled they create a platform of 18’-0” x 8’-0”.
Platforms may not be used under the piano.
Work at Height
There is no access to the ceiling. There are no places to rig in this space. Any refocusing of the lights at the perimeter are by A-frame ladder and to be executed under the supervision of the mansion staff.
Floor
Venue floor is composed of tongue and groove hardwood.
Floor loading supports 40 psf.
LIGHTING
There are two circuits of track lighting around the space which is used to highlight performances in the space.
There are 2 – 20A 120V circuits distributed around the room via duplex outlets at the base of the walls. These circuits are shared with audio.
BACKLINE & EQUPIMENT LIST
The folder contains drawings showing locations and details of technical equipment and updated equipment inventories.
