CityDance is proud to present the Annual Conservatory Concert at the CityDance Studio Theatre at Strathmore and to your at-home screen!
The young talents of CityDance Conservatory enchant audiences with their annual spring showcase in an exciting program across multiple genres from classical ballet to hip hop and beyond!
The Annual Conservatory Concert features choreography staged and created by Ballet Master Stanislav Issaev, Artistic Director Lorraine Spiegler, CityDance Teaching Artists/Choreographers Diana Amalfitano, Asanga Domask, Sarah J. Ewing, Keith Lamelle Thomas, Alicia Canterna, Marie McNair, Yeonjin Cho, Olga Aru, Monique Walker, Adjetey Klufio, Caroline Rocher Barnes, Jenna Hide and Lara Segrillo.
Professional company repertory includes work by Ronen Koresh/Koresh Dance Company and Ignite Artist, Robert J. Priore/Priore Dance and guest artists Elizabeth Gahl, Therese Gahl, Micah Geyer, Kyoko Ruch and solo choreographers Ryan Bailey, Rachel Kreiling, Preston Miller, Andy Pellick, Susie Taylor, and Hunter Tayman.
Award-winning solos from Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) and NAACP will also be included. Choreography Project works by Conservatory Seniors Bianca Cala and Richard Frye support the celebration of fourteen graduating Conservatory seniors during the 2021-2022 season.
