New in 2026, Prelude Buffet offers a more relaxed dining experience, where you can enjoy a chef-driven, multi-course dining experience featuring seasonal entrées, composed salads, a signature carving station, artisanal sides, and desserts.

Bars are open before the show and at intermission, with sweet and savory bites, beer, wine, and our signature cocktails.
Bring Your Drink to Your Seat
Drinks served in Strathmore reusable cups with lids are allowed inside the Concert Hall. These cups are available for purchase at all bar and dining locations for $5 and may be brought back to the venue for future visits to be refilled for the cost of the beverage. All beverages must be purchased on site. Food is never allowed in the Concert Hall.
