Learn how our panel of women artists and arts administrators overcome justice and equity barriers to create their own spaces and communities. What are the systemic challenges that women and minority arts leaders face in building successful community arts organizations in the Washington, DC and Mid-Atlantic region? How do audiences and policy makers support artists and cultural workers? Join our special panel composed of three vibrant and exemplary women leaders in the arts, who simultaneously lead important music- focused arts organizations and perform as artists.
