This DC-based tribute band reimagines The Beatles' hit singles as Jamaican dub—a brass-heavy, groove-forward reggae subgenre with a party vibe. Yellow Dubmarine has toured nationwide, rocking crowds of all ages with inventive arrangements of the Fab Four’s iconic catalog. Their latest release, Abbey Dub, is a dubbed-out take on the legendary 1969 album Abbey Road.

Join us at 7pm for a pre-concert performance from InterPLAY Orchestra, a 35-year-old ensemble composed of adult musicians with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. As a proud affiliate partner of Strathmore, InterPLAY is dedicated to enriching the lives of its members through inclusive opportunities for music education, performance, and social connection. Each week, the orchestra gathers for rehearsals both in person at the Music Center at Strathmore and virtually on Zoom, providing a safe, welcoming, and creatively challenging environment. InterPLAY celebrates the power of music to foster community and advocates for inclusion through every performance. The musicians are thrilled to open for Yellow Dubmarine and look forward to sharing their renditions of beloved hits by The Beatles, ABBA, Billy Joel, and AC/DC!
