Emmy-nominated singer-songwriter-composer Ben Folds has created an enormous body of genre-bending music that includes four albums as the frontman of alternative-rock band Ben Folds Five, multiple solo albums, and numerous collaborative records. In this stripped-down show, Folds takes the stage solo, delivering an intimate, improvisation-filled evening of fan favorites, deep cuts, and storytelling.
His latest pop solo album, What Matters Most, was released in 2023 to rave reviews and sold-out performances. A New York Times best-selling author, Folds is also working on new compositions for film, TV, and theatre, and frequently guest stars in films and on TV shows.
$1 of each ticket sold goes towards Keys for Kids
In 2022, Ben launched a music education charitable initiative in his native state of North Carolina entitled “Keys For Kids,” which provides funds and keyboards to existing nonprofits that offer free or affordable piano lessons to school-age children from economically-disadvantaged households.

We offer tickets under $30 for all Strathmore Presents programs in the Music Center. To keep these community access tickets out of the hands of resellers and ensure they remain available to the community, some tickets cannot be purchased directly.
