Enjoy an evening of musical exploration with three innovative artists: Strathmore Artist in Residence (AIR) alum Becky Hill, a percussive dancer and clawhammer banjo player; AIR alum Snehesh Nag, a genre-bending sitar player and percussionist; and Nadia Pessoa, a multi-genre harpist. These virtuosic performers collaborate, drawing from their cultural traditions, to create a unique musical dialogue. Guided by improvisation, rhythm, and melody, they promise a performance filled with sonic surprises, from the evocative sounds of the Appalachian Mountains to intricate Indian classical melodies and vibrant Brazilian folk rhythms.
