Live from the Lawn:
Making Movies

This Afro Cuban indie rock band’s latest release, I Am Another You, was called “lyrically and sonically one of the best albums of the year” by NPR. The bold mix of psychedelia, experimental rock, son cubano, cumbia, and African Yoruba rhythms transport audiences to a musical locale unlike any other. The band’s immersive lyrics seek to find cultural commonalities among us all, as they create music to be a vehicle for truth in the world.
