Seminars: Sun, April 3 & 10, 1pm
Concert: Sun, April 17, 1pm

Music has a way of getting into our heads, and classical composer Dr. Krash has a lot of ideas about
why. The Wammie-winning pianist and composer has lectured on music and the brain, music history, and the insights we gain from provocative melodies. Don’t miss her Strathmore series—a mixture of playing, coaching, lecturing, and concert—focusing on the math and science in chamber music.

The seminars (free, but registration encouraged) feature a performance, coaching, and dialogue between Dr. Krash and talented amateur classical musicians. The concert ($15) will be a performance of all pieces explored in the seminars. Please register for all events you wish to attend separately.

Music of Bach, Debussy, Haydn, Huston, Mozart, Saint-Saëns, Schoenberg, Vaughan Williams, and Vivaldi

Played by: Emmanuel Arieta, Taka Ariga, Hon-Cheong Chan, Kunie DeVorkin, Deborah Edge, Bob Geraci, Marjorie Greene, Sarah Himmelfarb, Matthew Huston, Bob Karp, Stephanie Kingsley, Dan Lawner, Pat Leibowitz, Lydia Leong, Gail MacColl, Alisa Machalek, Edwina Moldover, Ursula Ratcliff, Nancy Sulfridge, and Kate Wotring
