Live from the Lawn: Look Homeward
Wednesday, July 19, 2017, 7pm
Live from the Lawn:
Look Homeward’s style of song delights audiences as a fusion of music from the beaches, bluegrass from their home of North Carolina, spirit-filling gospel, and the ability to take listeners on a journey through the American South. This soulful band draws influences from the boisterous bayou to the Appalachians while entertaining with lively bluegrass, foot-stomping folk music, and a whole lot of Southern charm. With their self-titled full-length album, this talented quartet mixes old and new, banjos and trombones, and pure musical sensibilities to make you feel right at home.
Summer favorites like barbecue and sangria, plus weekly specials, are available for purchase from Ridgewells’ Tempo Grill starting at 5pm. View the menu. July 19 special: shrimp, chicken, and andouille gumbo.
