Performance Tickets
If the performance takes place within two weeks of purchase, all tickets will be held at the venue (Music Center, Mansion or Outdoors) for pick up. If the performance is more than two weeks away, the tickets will be mailed at no additional charge via the U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 days of order, unless you choose “hold for pick up” at will call during check out.
 
Tickets held for pick up at will call may be picked up during normal Ticket Office hours and sixty minutes prior to the performance. To protect your purchase, a photo ID will be required to pick up all tickets at will call. Please also bring a copy of your receipt.
 
Gift Shop Items & State Taxes
All gift shop items will be shipped United States Postal Service, unless you choose “hold for pick up” during check out.  Items held for pick up will be held in the Mansion Shop and may be picked up during normal Mansion hours.
If your gift shop items are to be shipped to a state other than Maryland we will deduct the State Taxes shown. This will be done when you confirm your shipping address on the second checkout screen.
 
Donation Confirmations and Strathmore Stars, Circles & Artists Information
All confirmations of donations, and materials for the Strathmore Stars, Strathmore Circles and Strathmore Artists programs will be mailed under separate cover.
