Shipping
All purchases will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post depending on the weight and size of the item. The shipping fee is a flat $4.95 for all orders up to $74.99. Shipping will be free on orders of $75 or more.

Your items will arrive within 7-10 business days. We will ship anywhere within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship to addresses outside of the U.S.A.

In-Person Item Pick Up
If you see items on our website that you would prefer to pick up in person, please send an email request to shoponline@strathmore.org. We would be delighted to hold your items for a short period, but please await confirmation prior to coming in.

Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to locations within Maryland.

How to Log In/Set Up Account
Your Online Shop at Strathmore account and log in is the same as your regular www.strathmore.org account and log in. To set up a new account, check to see if you already have one, or get your password sent to you, click here for the Sign In page.

Stars Discount
All Strathmore Stars receive a 10% discount in the Shop at Strathmore as part of their Star benefits. For more information about becoming a Strathmore Star, click here for Star levels and benefits packages.

Once you log in to your online account, the prices in the online shop will change to reflect your Star discount.
