How Orders are Filled
Get your orders in by Friday, May 29 for best seating. Preference is given to returning subscribers, contributors and patrons with the most concerts purchased. The National Philharmonic will attempt but cannot guarantee that returning subscribers get the same or requested seats. Seats may vary from one concert to another. Subscription tickets will be mailed beginning in mid-August.
Returns and Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another 2009-2010 National Philharmonic concert (subject to availability). Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the concert for which tickets are held. Exchange your tickets in person directly through the Strathmore Ticket Office. Please call the Ticket Office at (301) 581-5100 or click here for detailed instructions on how to exchange. For lost tickets, the National Philharmonic can issue replacement seating passes through the Strathmore Ticket Office (301) 581-5100.
All Kids, All Free, All the Time
Young people age 7-17 may attend ALL National Philharmonic concerts free of charge, making it easy for families to go to concerts together! All seats are reserved, but KIDS FREE tickets are not available online. Throughout the year, KIDS FREE tickets may be obtained in person at the Strathmore Ticket Office or by phone (301) 581-5100.
There is a $5 fee per child, per concert.
Directions
The Music Center at Strathmore is conveniently located on Rockville Pike, just off the Capital Beltway or I-270 and immediately adjacent to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Station on Metro's Red Line. Click here for complete driving directions.
Parking
Complimentary parking for ticketed events in the Music Center's Concert Hall is located in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage off of Tuckerman Lane. At the end of each ticketed event in the Concert Hall, the exit gates of the garage will be open for 30 minutes to exit the garage. If you leave before, or up to 90 minutes after this 30-minute period, you must give your ticket stub to the Metro attendant to exit. Patron drop-off and pick up (free) and Valet Parking (for a fee) is available at the drop-off circle along Tuckerman Lane.

Dates, times, programs and artists are subject to change. Parking at Strathmore is FREE to all ticket buyers.
