Frequently Asked Questions
HOW ORDERS ARE FILLED
Get your orders in by July 7, 2008 for best seats! Orders with the most concerts will be filled and seated first in the order received. Renewing subscribers and members get priority; we will attempt but cannot guarantee that returning subscribers get the same seats. Seats may vary from one concert to another. Subscription tickets will be mailed beginning in mid-August, no later than two weeks prior to the date of your first performance.
SUBSCRIBER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Subscribers receive certain privileges in relation to exchanges that single ticket buyers do
not enjoy. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance
presented by Strathmore with no exchange fee. To exchange, return your tickets by mail or in person by 5 p.m. the day of the performance for evening performances and by 5 p.m. the previous business day for matinee performances. Please call the Ticket Office at (301) 581-5100 or click here for detailed instructions
on how to exchange tickets.
CHILDREN
Strathmore welcomes children and families. For ticketed events, all patrons regardless of
age are required to have a ticket. Use your best judgment when bringing children to a concert that is intended for adults. Some performances are more appropriate for children than others.
