Aaron Grad, electric theorbo
Gus Mercante, countertenor

This adventurous artist premiered his composition The Father Book at Strathmore in 2011, to praise from The Washington Post. Now Grad returns with new music and an entirely new instrument that he invented—the electric theorbo—in his newest work, Old-Fashioned Love Songs, commissioned in part by Strathmore.

Sponsored by Asbury Methodist Village.
