Gabriel Kahane & Rob Moose Duo Presented by Strathmore Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 7:30 PM Mansion
Gabriel Kahane writes string quartets, musicals and pop songs with heartfelt devotion. His theatrical scores, like the critically-acclaimed February House for the Public Theatre in New York, offer deep insights into complex characters. Strathmore welcomes back this extraordinary artist, joined by his recording collaborator Rob Moose (Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens) for an intimate evening of arrangements that are at once spare, intricate and emotionally direct.
