Backyard Theater for Children: Snowday Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 11:30 AM Backyard Theater Stage

Nothing’s cooler than a Snowday in summertime. These lively a cappella rockers show and teach kids what a cappella vocal power is all about. Just one of several a cappella performances Strathmore is staging this summer!

This concert will run approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.

Backyard Theater for Children Tickets
Tickets $8 (Stars Price $7.20) for ages 3 and up (buy online below). Tickets for the 9:30 am show are available at the door Thursday morning. Tickets for the 11:30 will be available up unitl 9:00 am.
Ages 2 and under are free, no tickets required

Weather: Don’t get caught in the rain! Check this website or follow Strathmore on Twitter and Facebook for up-to-the-minute information on weather-related delays/cancellations. Strathmore will endeavor to announce any changes by 8AM the day of the performance, but please follow for any up-to-the-minute changes.

Parking: Parking for Backyard Theater is in the Mansion lot on a space-available basis. Enter the lot at 10701 Rockville Pike. Overflow parking is at the meters along Tuckerman Lane, or in the Metro garage. (Parking in the garage is $5.00 and a Metro SmarTrip or major credit card is required to pay the exit fare.)

Seating: The Backyard Theater stage is outdoors under a tent. Please bring blankets or low beach chairs – but no pets, please.

Dining: Bring a bag lunch and grab a patch of grass after the applause. It’s a great time for young critics to share their show reviews!
