St. Olaf Choir
Anton Armstrong, conductor
Presented by Lutheran Volunteer Corps
The St. Olaf Choir, with 75 mixed voices, is considered one of the finest a cappella choirs in the United States. For a century, the St. Olaf Choir has maintained its original purpose – study and preparation of a wide range of representative sacred choral literature for public performance. The annual tour advances the artistic standards of church music and provides means of spiritual inspiration for its many listeners. The 2012 Centennial Tour by the St. Olaf Choir continues the tradition of bringing the choir's artistry and message to thousands across the nation.
