Violist Miranda Blakeslee began her studies at age 9 with Helen Fall in
Fairfax County, Virginia, and continued with National Symphony Orchestra members Tsuna Sakamoto and Eric deWaardt. She is currently a student at the Baltimore, Maryland Peabody Institute of Music, where she studies with Victoria Chiang and serves as assistant principal of the symphony orchestra.
