"Party on the Patio" opens at 6:00 pm for live jazz, tapas and cocktails.
Miguel Harth-Bedoya, conductor Peruvian dancers Jessica Warren, Andean flute
Traversing the Andes and wandering through Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail is among the oldest and most extensive roads in South America. Led by conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya, this performance travels that ancient highway across the continent, starting with the musical traditions of Peru. Showcasing a Peruvian-style flutist and a multimedia display of South American sights, the music leads the audience through Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia, accented by the native dance of each region, featuring the music of Ginastera, Golijov and Gabriella Frank.
