Soprano Brooke Evers, who The Washington Post describes as “singing with purity and character,” will perform in a holiday recital with pianist Scott Crowne at the Mansion at Strathmore. This special holiday performance will feature many Christmas favorites along with the music of Bach and Handel and songs by Herbert Howells. Holding degrees in Vocal Performance and German from Indiana University, and a Master of Music degree from the University of Maryland, Ms. Evers rounded out her musical education as a Fulbright Scholar in Vienna, Austria.
