Who could ask for more! Last year’s Comcast Family Toon Day was jam-packed with kids, families, Toons and exciting activities. This year, expect even more Toon characters, including Dexter, Dee Dee, Johnny Bravo, Courage, Power Puff Girls, Dora and Arnold. Enjoy traditional festival fare from Restaurant Associates including international delights. (Cash only, no food tickets required) Participate in hands-on art projects and enjoy the moon bounce, Montgomery County fire trucks, police motorcycles, squad cars, merry-go-round, carnival rides. Visit the Gudelsky Pavilion stage where you will find music as well as several dance performances to kick off Dance In To Strathmore. Scheduled to appear are the J Street Jumpers, Soul & Motion, Upper County Steppers, CityDance Ensemble, and Tappers with Attitude. Expect a few changes this year to make sure everyone’s day is relaxing and fun.
Tickets are Sold Out. A limited amount of tickets may be available to pick up in person at Comcast (20 West Gude Drive, Rockville).
Please plan to arrive via Metro’s Red Line to Grosvenor-Strathmore station, or to park at the Metro Station garage on Tuckerman Lane.
